Industrial Park Development

Within South Annville Township, the largest area of land use is zoned for agriculture, much of which is dedicated to Farm Land Preservation.  Perhaps the second largest land use is zoned or dedicated to single family dwellings. The third largest area is zoned or set aside for business and industry, such as light industrial, commercial, and professional uses.


The information below has been provided by Eastern Land, the owner and developer of over 500 acres of land which is zoned industrial and general commercial, and which is located at the northwestern end of South Annville Township.
