It allows supervisors to determine what services best meet the needs of their constituents. The board of supervisors is directly accessible to residents with no layers of bureaucracy in between. The South Annville Township Police Dept. is comprised of two full-time officers. The Pennsylvania State Police cover all shifts not covered by the township force. Lebanon County Commissioners, Lebanon County Conservation District, and Lebanon County Agricultural Land Preservation Board celebrated the 25th anniversary of Preserving Farmland in Lebanon County on Friday, June 23 at the Horst Family Farm.
